From an outside perspective, the 2007-2008 school year wasn't anything spectacular.

There were no outrageous scandals or unheard-of events. Nothing earth shattering occurred. There are only a small, handful of headlines most of us will carry with us for the rest of our lives.

University needs to progress with diversity -

As the outgoing President of the Black Student Union at LSU I would like to share some important points and advice that, I think, will help the University on the road to diversity.

First, the University must confront the issue of "Two Universities.
